Once mixed together, water and tomato concentrate are cooked at specific temperature.
This process develop all the taste of fresh tomato. Adding of spices or ingredients is possible to obtain a more tasty product.
Tomato concentrate can be filled in tin cans or other package allowing to maintain all the qualities of fresh tomato during several months at ambient temperature.
